Efficiency, one and two bedroom apartment homes are leased on an “all bills paid basis”. You save costly utility deposits and, as a convenience, you pay one rent bill monthly and it covers your rent, electric, basic cable, water sewer and trash.
Our 27 apartment homes are equipped with refrigerators, electric ranges, mini-blinds, carpet and vinyl flooring. Some apartment homes have hard wood flooring. Residents have the benefit of a swimming pool open during the summer months and two onsite laundry rooms.
